Dear Campus Community,
Over 30 Years ago on October 15th, 1984, Father Charlie Calabrese began working as the Catholic Campus Minister appointed by the Diocese of Fort Worth. Through the years he has shared an inspiring and important ministry of compassionate support and humble service, not not to TCU’s Catholic Community, but to multiple generations of students, faculty, staff and alumni across campus and in the surrounding community.
And so it is with immense gratitude, but a bittersweet heart that I share that Fr. Charlie’s service is coming to a close at the end of this academic year. To share our thanks, we’ll have a reception on April 22nd from 2pm-4pm in the BLUU Auditorium Gallery, with remarks beginning at 3pm. The invitation is below and also attached. Please join us to say thank you and to wish Fr. Charlie all the best on his new endeavors.
